TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We take great pride in our ability to provide you with prompt & reliable service. To assure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely way, we ask that our customers follow & read the terms and conditions outlined below.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
There is no minimum order quantity in terms of pieces but the cumulative order amount should be AED 3000 or more.

PURCHASE ORDER AND PROFORMA INVOICE:
Once you place an order with us, we will issue proforma invoice as confirmation of order acceptance by us that enable you to make 50% advance payment of the order value.

Sampling:
After order confirmation & advance payment we will produce preproduction sample for the client approval. We will request you to approve fabric, color, embroidery/printing, quality of material on this first sample to avoid any chances of faults in final bulk production.
We are happy to provide you with sample garments without order confirmation prior to your making a purchase.  For larger orders, we will provide samples at no charge, on smaller orders we may ask you to purchase the samples and subsequently issue a refund or credit at your discretion when returned.

Bulk Production:
The bulk production will only start after getting approval of preproduction sample.
No changes/amendment will be accepted once production starts.

Delivery:
For immediate requirements we can manage delivery in 15-20 days subject to the availability of fabrics in stock.
For bulk orders, delivery can be made in 60 to 75 days.

Packing:
Each garment will be packed in separate polybag and then certain quantity of garment will be packed in standard export quality carton.

Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping to all our customer across the UAE.
For overseas clients, the order can be shipped as FOB Dubai or the client can get the shipment at their desire destination by paying the required freight charges. In this case the client also needs to bear all the custom duties and clearing charges at source & destination.

Payment terms:
Standard payment terms for UAE customers are "50% advance & balance 50% against Delivery".
For orders amount less than AED 3000/-, 100% advance payment is required.
For oversea client, 50% advance and balance 50% by TT or Direct Transfer to our account before shipment.

Refund & Order Cancellation:
All sales are final. Once placed, orders may not be cancelled or changed. We will allow exchanges for sizes & defective merchandise but no refunds or open merchandise credits will be issued.
